Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Polish Day Spa (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the polishdayspawindham.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules may change. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price
- No-shows may be charged 100% of the booked service
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than those intended. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using the Site for illegal purposes
- Attempting to interfere with the Site’s functionality or security
- Using the Site for unauthorized commercial activities
Site Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms
- Take appropriate legal action against violators
- Restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion
Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content on the Site at any time without notice.
We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or discontinuation of the Site or services.
Governing Law
